Former coach of the Portuguese international remembered the passage of the striker by Old Trafford.
Manchester United and Juventus face this Tuesday for the third day of the group stage of the Champions League. A meeting that marks the return of Cristiano Ronaldo to a house he knows so well.
Mick Clegg was the coach of the Portuguese international and, in an interview with the daily Gazzetta Dello Sport, recalled the passage of the now bianconero player by Old Trafford. “Ronaldo was the best athlete who came in front of me. He was totally dedicated, passionate about the game and wanted to learn more,” he began.
“I personally believe that there is an expression that defines Cristiano well: it is an instrument of precision. Cristiano does everything with a well-defined objective,” he added.
