with the single “Taste” among the top 10 songs

Sabrina Carpenter establishes herself as one of the biggest names in current pop, reaching a new milestone in her career. This week, the hit “Taste” climbed three positions and peaked at #7 on the Top 40 radio stations in the US, being the single that gained the most audience this week. In addition, “Taste” is also in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, Global 200, and Global Ex-US 200 charts.

The young star continues her streak of hits in the Top 10, with “Espresso” and “Please Please Please” firmly in the charts after both songs led the Top 10 this year. Before that, the hit “Feather” had already reached the top spot, confirming Sabrina as one of the biggest names today.

With Halloween approaching, fans have extra reasons to relive the official video of “Taste,” which recently surpassed 100 million views on YouTube. Sabrina is the first woman in history to maintain three songs in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks – an unprecedented feat recorded by Billboard.

The hit “Espresso” also stands out by becoming the song with the most weeks in the Top 10 of the Hot 100 in 2024, totalling 27 weeks, and is now the most streamed song on Spotify this year. The album Short n’ Sweet celebrates its ninth consecutive week at #1 on the Spotify Weekly Top Albums Global.

Sabrina’s influence extends beyond the United States. In the UK, “Taste” has been at the top of the charts for nine weeks, becoming the single with the longest stay at #1 in 2024 and making Sabrina the first artist in 71 years to accumulate 20 weeks at the top of the UK Official Singles Chart in a single year. The artist has accumulated 21 weeks at #1 on the UK charts this year. In Australia, “Taste” was #1 for eight weeks, solidifying Sabrina as the artist with the most singles at #1 in 2024, with a total of 11 songs.

Sabrina’s popularity was further celebrated during Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour,” where the artists shared the stage in New Orleans to perform a medley of “Espresso,” “Is It Over Now?” and “Please Please Please.” In addition, Sabrina shared the experience on social media, thus winning over her followers on Instagram and TikTok.
