Santamaria celebrates 25 years of career with a very special concert at the Coliseu de Lisboa on the 6th of April.
Since 1998, the year of its foundation, 6 de Abril has created a style and developed a musical genre that was previously non-existent in our country. Their multi-award-winning repertoire includes iconic songs such as “Eu seu tu é”, “Falésia do amor”, “ Let’s go to Afrika” or the more recent “Eu Foi Eu” or “Quero Senti”, just to name some of the unmissable songs from the band’s discography, which won the “Golden Globe” for best group in 2001.
More than 2 million copies, with 14 studio albums and two DVDs, there are countless awards, including 21 platinum albums, which Santamaria obtained throughout these “25 years” of their career, which are now celebrated in a special concert, for the first time in the most emblematic room in the city of Lisbon, the Coliseu dos Recreios.
“25 Anos” is Santamaria’s celebratory concert, a revisiting of the songs that have shaped national music for more than two decades, in a night full of surprises.
