Sara Correia performs a free concert for her neighborhood in Chelas

With the start of the Liberdade tour in 2025, Sara Correia returned to packed houses. Águeda, Oeiras, Setúbal, Guimarães, Lousada, Lousã and most recently Coimbra were the cities she visited and sold out the box office. In between, she performed with Calema at Estádio da Luz in one of the night’s performances, when the song “Respirar” made around 60 thousand people sing in unison.
The single, released 3 months ago, was recently awarded Platinum Single status and has over 5.6 million views on YouTube, 1.8 million on Spotify, where it ranks #59 among the most listened to songs. The song is also one of the most played on the radio, ranking 18th in the airplay charts.
This week, the fado singer will give a free concert in her neighbourhood, in Chelas, this being the last concert she will give in the Lisbon region before the already announced MEO Arena, scheduled for March 7, 2026. Sara Correia is once again giving a gift to the people who saw her grow up, after having given the concert there to present her album “Liberdade”.
Ahead of her lies a summer full of concerts and the entry into the studio to record what will be her 4th album, scheduled for release at the end of this year.
