SC Braga wins against Midtylland for the Europa League (3-1)
After the defeat in Belgrade two weeks ago (1-2), Carlos Carvalhal’s team was also behind on the scoreboard in this Thursday’s reception against the Danes Midtylland.
In the second half, however, Galeno and Ricardo Horta turned the score around, earning a 3-1 triumph.
In the middle, Braga wasted yet another penalty, by Ricardo Horta, in the 35th minute, after Midtylland also scored from the 11 meters mark, after a foul committed by Diogo Leite.
The match was also marked by the departure, due to injury, of Al Musrati, in the 72nd minute, as well as the expulsion of Juninho, in the 84th minute, for a hard foul on Iuri Medeiros.
The warriors took advantage of this to close the scoring, with Galen scoring his second goal of the night, setting the final 3-1.
