‘Meio Amor’ is the new single from seBENTA now available on digital platforms.
Paulecas, one of the members of seBENTA and responsible for the lyrics, reveals what ‘Meio Amor‘ tells us about “this single talks about the relationship between two people, and between people, namely love for others and the differences we have and that sometimes we call into question and threaten its continuity, for not accepting the difference… When I wrote these lyrics I looked for my story and within it, I left a meaning, that each person could create their chronicle by listening to the song and so identify yourself in your own way, making a path to love, a means to love! Nobody is happy without having it and essentially without giving it, love is that! This song reflects the times that run, we all need to understand that who loves us, doesn’t have to be like us and vice versa!”
The theme of relationships is once again evident in the video for ‘Meio Amor‘. Not only because of the story but, as Paulecas explains to us “… this video clip begins with being made by a musician and director who is part of the “family”, Sebastião Varela is the son of a great friend of mine, Diogo Varela Silva, also he is a man of cinema, a director of these musical wanderings and more. Sebastião is part of a band called “Expresso Transatlântico”, which features his brother Gaspar Varela on Portuguese guitar and my son Rafael Matos on drums helped in the production of this clip. This video clip has a story and two actors are also part of it, my daughter Inês Matos and Marco Clérigo, so…”
Meio Amor is the lead single to the album (Maior)idade to be released on March 18.
