Seixal enters the new year with a Toy concert and fireworks
The city council is organising a holiday party in the riverside area of Amora, on the night from 31 December to 1 January
In Seixal, the usual end-of-year party promises a lot of excitement. The municipality has prepared an unforgettable night to celebrate the arrival of 2025, with a musical performance by the iconic singer Toy, in the riverside area of Amora, at 22 hours. At midnight, the sky of the Seixal will be illuminated by synchronized fireworks shows in all the parishes of the county, so that all residents can enjoy this magical and unique moment.
Paulo Silva, Mayor of Seixal, says «This will be a memorable night, with lots of music and entertainment, in a festive atmosphere, designed for all the families of the county and for those who visit us on this evening to celebrate the beginning of the new year. You are all invited to participate in this unique celebration».
Popular artist Toy, known for hits such as «Summer and Love (Beer in the Freezer)», «Heart Has No Age» and «You’re So Sensual», promises to cheer up the audience with a concert full of energy and good mood, in one of the most emblematic sceneries of the county, the riverside area of Amora, which will be transformed into an authentic outdoor party room.
