Selection with all available on the day you travel to Poland
The Portuguese football team held today a new training to prepare for the clashes with Poland and Scotland in a session in the City of Football in Oeiras, where Fernando Santos had all 25 players called.
On Monday, 11 of the players called by the national selector (Pepe, Ruben Dias, Cédric, Luís Neto, Bruno Fernandes, William Carvalho, Pizzi, Danilo, Bernardo Silva, Éder and André Silva) failed to start the work, having gym to do recovery exercises, but today they marked everyone’s presence on the pitch, completing the group.
In the first 15 minutes of the training, which were opened to the media, the players performed the usual warm-up exercises, with the three goalkeepers working as usual.
After lunch, the Portuguese delegation – of which striker Cristiano Ronaldo is the great absentee – travels to Chorzow, where on Thursday he faces Poland in the second match of Group 3 of the League of Nations.
Three days later, Portugal take on Scotland, in a match that will be played in Glasgow.
