GRAMMY®-nominated multiplatinum artist Selena Gomez has just released the new single “Love On”.
“Love On” is Gomez’s first single in 2024, as the artist continues to work in the studio on the long-awaited follow-up to “Rare”, an album highly praised by critics. “Love On” is a pop anthem, inspired by Selena’s time in Paris last year. Throughout the lyrics, Gomez emphasizes the Parisian lifestyle and the excitement of sharing new love. Produced by The Monsters & Strangerz and Isaiah Tejada.
Directed by award-winning French director Greg Ohrel, the video for “Love On” premiered on MTV Live, MTVU, MTV Biggest Pop and across MTV’s global network of channels, as well as on billboards in Paramount Times Square.
Gomez dominated the charts in 2023 with the smash hit “Calm Down” featuring Rema, which reached #1 on Billboard’s global chart, as well as Top 40 Radio, Urban and Hot AC. Recently, the song held the record for the most weeks on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart. “Calm Down” went triple platinum in the US and has accumulated more than 3.5 billion streams worldwide.
