Get your napkins ready, because two weeks of high tides of flavour are coming.
From June 22 to July 6, the Zunzum restaurant, run by chef Marlene Vieira, will become a true seafood restaurant, complete with an aquarium.
The menu available during these days will be as special and familiar as its motto, as it will consist of the most classic flavours of the sea, with the Chef’s creative touch.
Among the seafood stars, the already famous cockle fritters and the irresistible creamy rice with bivalves and coriander stand out. There is also room for new interpretations of classics, such as seafood rice with purple shrimp, barnacles and sea urchin; sea cataplana with grouper and lobster; baked rice with crayfish, scallops and mussels; or feijoada with prawns and cuttlefish.
After the success of Francesinha Week and Leitão Week, this will be the third themed event to take place at Zunzum. As with the previous ones, reservations can be made via the website or by calling (+351) 915 507 870.
