The seminar, which will take place at the UNESCO Center in Beja, aims to decentralize the activity of the UNESCO Chair in Alentejo, through the carrying out of actions to present research in the area of Intangible Cultural Heritage and museums, in which researchers associated with the University of Évora participate, as well as the communities holding this heritage and agents that carry out work in the area.

More than just focusing on the Alentejo, and within the spirit of the Chair itself, we are going to make known other realities in terms of safeguarding and enhancing the Intangible Cultural Heritage, with a focus on the Portuguese-speaking world and Spain.
