Sergio Crivelli – Ristorante Italiano launches Executive Themed Menu for summer

“Italian Fisherman” marks the start of the dynamic initiative, which translates into innovative gastronomic proposals at a competitive price

Sergio Crivelli – Ristorante Italiano, located in Matosinhos, continues to innovate and debuted this week the Thematic Executive Menu. This dynamic initiative translates into excellent gastronomic proposals at a competitive price (15 euros per person) during the lunch period, on Monday and Friday.

O Chef Crivelli, que desde 2012 serve na Rua de Brito Capelo, alia um valor «mais atencioso» aos sabores com a qualidade de sempre, apresentando especialidades transalpinas que respeitam a estreita relação entre Matosinhos e o mar. Assim, a iniciativa que se prolongará ao longo do verão arranca com o tema “Pescador à Italiana”.

Ao almoço, durante os dias da semana – excluindo feriados -, os clientes poderão optar pelo Menu Executivo Temático, à parte da carta regular, que inclui sugestões de entrada, prato principal e sobremesa, para além de uma bebida à escolha e café. A refeição desta ementa tem um preço individual de 15 euros, com um acréscimo de três euros para a versão gluten free.

Cozze al Vapore (com mexilhões, alho, vinho branco e salsa), Spaghetti Gamberi e Zucchine (com camarões e curgetes da horta biológica do chef), Filetes de Anchovas Marinadas (com anchovas, sumo de limão, alho, malagueta e salsa), Pizza Marinara (com tomate, mozzarrella, camarões, ameijoas e curgetes) e Risotto Gamberi e Zucca Mantovana (com camarões, pimenta preta e abóbora mantovana da horta biológica do chef) são exemplos das propostas dinâmicas apresentadas aos clientes no âmbito desta iniciativa.

“We know that the Portuguese are losing purchasing power, but we want our customers to be able to continue to enjoy the experience at the Ristorante, even in the frantic routine of everyday life. Therefore, for a more affordable price suitable for a weekly lunch during a working day, we developed these themed proposals to make the Executive Menu more agile and attractive”, explains Chef Crivelli.

The Thematic Executive Menu starts with the theme “Italian Fisherman”, but will vary throughout June, July and August, promising regular news for Sergio Crivelli – Ristorante Italiano customers.

The space located at no. 705 of the iconic Rua de Brito Capelo de Matosinhos is open daily, between 12 pm and 3 pm and 7 pm and 10 pm. Born in Spoleto, recognized worldwide as an important gastronomic centre, he lived in Assisi, passing through several Italian cities, such as Terni, Milan and Rome. An international tour in Lausanne (Switzerland), Munich (Germany), London (England), Brussels (Belgium) and Lisbon, among other short stays throughout Europe. Tradition and ambition for entrepreneurship have always led him to great challenges, such as being trained in the world of cooking, in the best hotels in major European cities and, thus, having learned and developed his art with the best chefs in the area, mainly Italian cuisine.
