Shawn Mendes live in Lisbon for ‘Wonder: The World Tour’ in 2022
Shawn Mendes, the multi-Platinum singer-songwriter and global sensation, has just announced Wonder: The World Tour, with a stop in Portugal, on May 18, 2022, at the Altice Arena, Lisbon.
The world tour follows on from the artist’s latest album Wonder – which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, making Shawn Mendes one of only three male artists to achieve 4 #1 albums.

Originally from Toronto, but of Portuguese descent, the already Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum debuted in 2015 with his first studio album, Handwritten, topping the charts in the United States and Canada, with the award-winning single, “Stitches”. In 2016, the second album, Illuminate, was released, with “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back“, also reaching the top of the charts. The feat is repeated again with the third album of the same name, which features the singles “Lost in Japan” and “In My Blood” – which was entitled to a Portuguese version in support of the Portuguese Football Federation at the 2018 World Cup, in Russia.
