The first exhibition of this initiative takes place on Thursday (April 16) with the ‘shorts’ John (by Rita Ornellas), Essay on Death (by Margarida Madeira) and Fidalga (by Flávio Ferreira).
These cinematographic works will be broadcast on a channel on the YouTube platform managed by Ovar Cultura, over nine sessions, between April and June, always on Thursday.
The exhibition hours will always be between 22:00 and 02:00.
The Government declared on March 17 the state of public calamity for the municipality of Ovar because of the pandemic.
The note explains that the organization of Shortcutz Ovar intends to offer the public of the city [of Ovar] the possibility to review the films or discover the entire program.
However, in this way the initiative extends beyond the borders of the municipality, being accessible to all spectators in Portugal and anywhere in the world.
