Shows at the D. Maria II Theater are free!
Enjoy all the shows, concerts and readings that D. Maria II Theater has to offer.
[dropcap type=”background”]T[/dropcap]he beginning of the show season 2019/2020 of the D. Maria II Theater are marked by ‘Antígona’, by Mónica Garnel, and ‘Collection of Artists’, by Raquel André on 14 and 15 September.
In addition to the Theater, there will also be shows at the Capitol, readings staged at Rossio Station and a concert at Largo de São Domingos.
Concerning the shows planned for the beginning of the season we can count on Olivier Py’s “Puré Present”, Mónica Garnel’s “Antígona” and Raquel André’s “Collection of Artists”.
Free admission to these shows and programming has some conditions of access, such as the pick up of tickets at D. Maria II’s ticket office, from 12.00 on the same day, a limit of two tickets per person for a show of choice, which two more can be added to one of the staged readings or guided tour.
The ‘Elephant Walk’ requires prior reservation and offers a maximum of four tickets per person.
The book releases and the concert do not require a ticket, being only subject to the available capacity.
