Silence 4 sells out MEO Arena and 4 nights at Super Bock Arena

Silence 4 has just sold out the first announced date at MEO Arena, on December 13th, and the last of four nights at Super Bock Arena, where tickets were still available (November 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th).
At this time, fans of the band still have the opportunity to secure a seat for the extra concert in Lisbon, scheduled for December 12th at MEO Arena, the largest venue in the country.
The excitement surrounding Silence 4’s return has led to a veritable rush for tickets, with eight shows already sold out in Leiria, Porto, and Lisbon. The December 12th show will be the last opportunity to see the reunion of one of the most iconic bands in Portuguese music. Tickets are available at the usual venues.
2025 marks Silence 4’s unique return to the stage. The reunion began in Leiria, the group’s hometown, with three sold-out nights at the José Lúcio da Silva Theater last June. The group also toured the islands at the Monte Verde Festival in São Miguel and the São Vicente Festival in Madeira. Next up is a series of four concerts at the Super Bock Arena in November, before the band concludes this special moment with two shows at the MEO Arena on December 12th and 13th, as well as a New Year’s Eve performance in Albufeira.
Formed in 1995 by David Fonseca, Tozé Pedrosa, Sofia Lisboa, and Rui Costa, Silence 4 became a national music phenomenon with the album Silence Becomes It (1998), the best-selling debut album of all time in Portugal, with 240,000 copies sold. Two years later, they released Only Pain Is Real, recorded at Ridge Farm Studios in London, produced by Mário Barreiros, which led them on an extensive international tour.
After a hiatus in 2001, the group reunited in 2014 for five sold-out shows, honouring lead singer Sofia Lisboa after her battle with leukaemia. Now, in 2025, they return for an unforgettable moment, revisiting the band’s greatest hits, from “Borrow” and “To Give” to “Only Pain Is Real” and “My Friends,” among many others, well-known across generations.
