The Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval receives the memorable show by Vox Angelis, “Amália uma História de vida”, on October 1st, at 9 pm.
With this show, the Celebrations of the 100 Years of the Birth of Amália Rodrigues continue, as a Portuguese female figure who had such international projection as a singer and gave our country, becoming a symbol.
Vox Angelis prepared a multimedia show, bringing to the public the main fados that immortalized Amália’s voice, as well as a narration that tells the fado singer’s life story, illustrated with several unpublished photographs.
Aimed at all tastes, in addition to the inherent homage to the fado singer, this show aims to involve and surprise spectators.
With a strong historical-musical component, the repertoire of this show includes themes such as “Com que voz”, “Que Estranha Forma de Vida”, “Gaivota”, “Cuidei que tinha morrido”, “Lágrima”, “Grito” and “Fado Amália”.
