Snoop Dogg, world rap icon, has just released his new studio album, Missionary, produced by Dr.Dre.
Missionary is the duo’s first album since Snoop’s classic debut, Doggystyle, in 1994 and their chemistry remains unmatched. For Snoop, the album marks the 20th anniversary of his career and is truly legendary. Missionary is more than an album – it’s a moment for culture that further cements the legacy that Snoop and Dre have built on rap and pop culture and marks a new beginning for one of the most important and influential music duos in music history.

Snoop and Dre gave fans a taste of what to expect from the album before its release, with the singles “Outta Da Blue” featuring Alus, “Another Part of Me” featuring Sting and “Gorgeous” featuring Jhené Aiko which debuted at #29 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart on Billboard, celebrating his return to the respectable top for the first time in 13 years.
Missionary is the most recent, but by no means final, chapter in Snoop’s story. “We [still] love what we do. I’m at my best now and Dr.Dre sees it,” says Snoop. “He gets the best out of me because he’s specific in everything I say, the way I talk, the music and the concept of the songs.”
