Sofia Hoffmann live with “Christmas Jazz”

The magic of the great Christmas songs from the Great American Songbook.
After the release of her new original album, [In]LOVE in November, which has the production and participation of Ivan Lins, Sofia Hoffmann takes the stage at the Carlos Paredes Auditorium in Lisbon on December 13th at 9:30 pm with the concert “Christmas Jazz”. The singer-songwriter will present some of the great Christmas songs from “Great American Songbook”, accompanied by musicians Nuno Tavares on keyboards, Alexandre Ferreira Alves on drums, Nuno Oliveira on bass and Moisés Fernandes on trumpet.
The “Great American Songbook” is the canon of the most important and influential popular American songs and early 20th-century jazz standards that have become eternal and are also known as “American Standards”. On December 13th, Sofia Hoffmann will revisit songs like White Christmas, The Christmas Song, Jingle Bells, and Santa Claus is Coming to Town, among others. To highlight the original of the singer-songwriter, Carta ao Pai Natal.
The concert will end with a toast to this holiday season, offered by Monte da Ravasqueira.
