Split hosts European Cup of launches that was scheduled for Leiria
The Croatian city of Split will host, between 8 and 9 May, the European Cup of launches, which was scheduled for Leiria, but which was postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic.
The competition was initially scheduled to take place between March 13th and 14th, in Leiria, but was postponed by the European association, following an opinion issued by the Portuguese regional health authorities, taking into account the evolution of the pandemic situation in Portugal.
This will be the third time that the competition has been held in Croatia, after having already taken place in Split, in 2008, and in the city of Pula, in 2002.
