Sporting won against Arouca (2-1)
On Saturday night, the national champions beat Arouca, by 2-1, with the lions’ goals being scored by Matheus Nunes (17) and Nuno Santos (55). In the middle, Sporting still allowed Arouca to reach the tie, through Dabbagh, in the 52nd minute.
With this result, Sporting once again equals FC Porto in the standings, both with 20 points, to one of the leader Benfica, who has one game less (this Sunday receives Portimonense). Arouca has only five points, being in the penultimate position.
