The hotel chain was awarded six “We Share” seals by HOSPES, the social responsibility program of the Associação da Hotelaria de Portugal.
STAY HOTELS has just been recognized by the Associação de Hotelaria de Portugal (AHP), having received six “We Share” seals for its efforts in the area of Social Responsibility, in the years 2021 and 2022. Integrated in the AHP’s HOSPES Program, the “We Share” seal represents the sector’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, as well as the World Code of Ethics for Tourism.
The recognized STAY HOTELS were Stay Hotel Torres Vedras Centro, Stay Hotel Porto Centro Trindade, Stay Hotel Faro Centro, and Stay Hotel Lisboa Centro Saldanha.
With the presence of the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, the delivery of the stamps took place on the 14th of February, during the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the HOSPES Programme, where “We Share” social responsibility stamps and sustainability stamps were awarded “We Care” to several Portuguese hotels.
