All Hotel Quality Managers of the Group’s units participated in the “Clean & Safe” training at Turismo de Portugal, and the remaining employees will also receive a training program in the same scope, developed by the partner in this area, in the days leading up to the reopening. hotels.
“The well-being and safety of our customers has always been a priority for Stay Hotels. In this resumption of activity, we want to continue to ensure memorable experiences, in safety, and with the quality of service that we have always proposed.
To this end, we worked on a series of measures that now make our hotels safe places to be, where our guests always leave with a desire to return ”, explains Jorge Bastos, one of the Stay Hotels Directors.
The brand reinforced its already strict health protocols, with regard to disinfection, cleaning, prevention and infection control, in order to guarantee even cleaner and safer environments in all its hotels, according to the recommendations of the DGS.
In addition to reinforcing cleanliness, namely surfaces and objects in common use, alcohol-based antiseptic solution dispensers and personal protective equipment will be available for employees and customers. Acrylics were also installed at the reception to ensure proper social distance.
