Sony has placed an image on its website of the logo of what could be a new Sony digital service or an add-on called PlayStation Plus Video Pass.
The offer of films in the service may not only give new impetus to its vast cinema catalog but also make content available without the worry of having to pay the licensing to third parties. Funimation animation studios and the recently acquired Crunchyroll can also contribute to this catalog.
Even if it is not strong enough to power an isolated service, the PlayStation Plus Video Pass would undoubtedly be an interesting extra for PS Plus subscribers, in addition to the free monthly titles and PSN discounts.
