Superbike World Championship returns to Estoril

This weekend the Superbike World Championship is completing its 2nd round at the Estoril Circuit. After the triumphs of the British Jonathan Rea (100th of career!) And Scott Redding last weekend, at the Motorland Aragon circuit in Spain.

The Fernanda Pires da Silva Autodrome ended the 2020 season in style and now hosts the championship again for what promises to be very level races.

Last year, the top four finishers cut the goal at Estoril with just 1 second difference in the 2nd race. For this season, speed lovers can surely count on overtaking events and great uncertainty about the winner again.

In addition to the Superpole and Superbike races, there will be the Supersport 300 races. Dorna WSBK accepted the proposal of the Portuguese Motorcycle Federation to include the Supersport 300 category of the National Speed Championship in the weekend program in Estoril.
