TAAG reinforces flights on African routes from Luanda

TAAG – Linhas Aéreas de Angola will increase flights, from Luanda, to Namibia (Windhoek), Republic of Congo (Ponta Negra), São Tomé and Príncipe (São Tomé) and Mozambique (Maputo) from the 11th of December 2023.

These African destinations have seen significant growth in market demand, being preferred routes for the corporate, leisure and Portuguese-speaking traffic segments, the latter in the case of Portuguese-speaking African countries.

Update of new frequencies with departures from Luanda (LAD):

Windhoek (WDH): Now has daily flights.
Ponta-Negra (PNR): Introduction of the 2nd frequency with flights on Mondays and Fridays.
São Tomé (TMS): Introduction of the 2nd frequency with flights on Mondays and Fridays.
Maputo (MPM): Introduction of the 5th frequency with flights on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Additionally, in Angola, there will be an increase in frequencies to the city of Lubango, province of Huíla, which, from December 11th, will have two daily flights on Thursdays, totalling 9 weekly frequencies.

The TAAG therefore remains committed to providing greater flexibility and convenience of services to passengers, while consolidating the company’s vision of strengthening intra-African connections.
