The Taberna Moderna officially opens its new Lisbonita Gin-Bar on Thursday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m., which this season has special participation of Monkey 47.
Lisbonita is inspired by industrial environments and its decoration has several pieces that make reference to gin Monkey 47, like a sculpture of the street artist Bordallo II, titled Chimpanzé Thinker. It is an illustration of Luis Carballo with a chimpanzee holding a Monkey 47 bottle and an industrial configuration with several lit bottles.
The Gin-Bar will have a food pairing menu available for a month that crosses the best of modern Tavern cuisine with four mini-cocktails, always based on gin and botanists. On this day, the gin Monkey 47 will be served at a special price of € 12, in gin and tonic format, and there is also a cocktail card dedicated to this gin.
Monkey 47 is a German black forest gin, distilled by 47 local botanists and is considered one of the most important gins in the world for its character, differentiation and quality in distillation.
