A sold-out coliseum received Tash Sultana with a huge listen, and no wonder, the Australian singer, is a true ferret on stage, alone creates more involvement is more dynamic than many bands and of course super talented.
This concert, which was scheduled for August 31, 2020, and then postponed to September 6, 2021, finally took place on the 15th, as part of the tour that passes through Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and UK.
Like so many other singers and authors she started out alone in her room in Melbourne and amongst loop stations, guitars and microphones, Tash Sultana has paved her way to global success with YouTube videos such as ‘Jungle’, which is part of the soundtrack of the FIFA 2018 game and its debut EP, ‘Notion‘, from 2017, quickly conquered audiences around the world.
Tash, a multi-instrumentalist, goes from guitar to electric bass, from keys to trumpet, and of course through the percussion and voice, driving the fan audience to madness as she jumps and dances on a stage of her own and which she masters with mastery while strumming the songs from the first and second album ‘Terra Firme‘, released in spring 2021 and featuring the single ‘Pretty Lady‘.
Josh Cashman opened the concert at the Coliseu
The first part of the concert was in charge of Josh Cashman, an Australian musician who accompanies Tash on her tour with indie, roots and folk influences, opened the concert and has already conquered many fans in Portugal, with many accompanying him singing their most popular topics.
A magical night that even had a special moment with Josh Cashman singing the song “Dream My Life Away” with Tash.
