Teatro D. Maria II presents the play ‘O Dicionário da Fé’ online

Staged by Jean Paul Bucchieri, the play was scheduled to premiere in the Garrett room at the end of March.

In ‘The Dictionary of Faith’, Jean Paul Bucchieri starts from the original text of Gonçalo M. Tavares and looks at faith as a way of circumventing the real, because having faith is trusting what is not the evidence of the cases, he defends.

The play has interpretations by Ana Cris, Beatriz Brás, Catarina Couto Sousa, Cláudio da Silva, Donatello Brida, João Vicente and Pedro Lacerda, and will be available at Sala Online until April 18th, the eve of the reopening of theater doors.

Also on stage at the D. Maria II Online Room are “Jaguar”, a show by Marlene Monteiro Freitas, in collaboration with Andreas Merk, which will be available on Friday, and “Theater”, which can be seen until April 9.

The D. Maria II program “at home” also includes Salinha Online, a National initiative for the younger audience, with the Ageas Portugal Group.

In the project “Corrente de Transmissão”, which every week brings together two people of different generations, linked to the history of D. Maria II, next week, João Grosso and Marco Mendonças will be talking next Sunday.
