On the last day of the Almada Festival, Sunday, the 26th, it will be chosen by the public, which will be the Honor Show, of the 38th edition of the Almada Festival, which will be presented for the year.
We will also find out who are the big winners of the Carlos Porto 2019 International Journalism Prize, awarded by the Almada City Council, which rewards the best journalistic texts published about last year’s Almada Festival.
The public will be able to vote for the show they want to see again for the year, at the entrance to any of the Sunday shows:
- At 3 pm, the maid Zerlina, staged by João Botelho, at the Romeu Correia Forum.
With three sessions, at 3 pm, at 6 pm, and at 9:30 pm, The servant, with adaptation and staging by André Murraças, at Incrível Almadense. - At 4 pm, Rebota rebota y en tu cara explota, a creation of Agnès Mateus and Quim Tarrida, at the Almadense Academy.
- At 7 pm, Martyr, in the TMJB Experimental Room.
- At 9 pm, Tourism, in the TMJB Main Room.
The winners of the Carlos Porto International Journalism Award 2019, will be known exactly before the show Turismo, at 21h, in the Main Room of the TMJB.
At the end of this show, after counting the votes of the public, the show that will be the big winner, the Honor Show of the 38th edition of the Almada Festival 2020, will be announced.
