This post is also available in: Português (Portuguese (Portugal))

The application phase for the Job Pitch Challenge, the biggest talent hunt in Portugal, has already started and is open until December 5th.

As part of Building The Future, the main Portuguese event of digital transformation, the initiative aims to give students and recent graduates the opportunity to start their careers in some of the largest companies in the country. Participants will be able to conduct interviews with more than one organization and the winners will be guaranteed a place in the company they win.

Altogether, there are 18 national and international companies, from the most varied sectors of activity – Technology, Hospitality, Banking, Cosmetics, Media, among others – that integrate the initiative and where names such as: Microsoft, NTT DATA Portugal, Claranet, Group stand out Pestana, Novo Banco, L’Oréal and Cofina Media.

Opportunities are varied and range from professional internships, employment contracts, trainee programs or integration into development academies with guaranteed employment.

IT, Finance, Marketing, Programming, Human Resources and E-commerce are some of the areas in competition, with a total of more than 60 vacancies available. The list of partner companies as well as the opportunities can be found on the initiative’s page at https://buildingthefuture.pt/pt/job-pitch-challenge/.

To apply for the Job Pitch Challenge, interested parties will have to fill out the form, available on the initiative’s page, and submit an updated CV.

Candidates selected by companies associated with the initiative will then make a 15-minute pitch to CEOs and Top Managers of the companies involved, during which they will have to captivate, impress and prove why they deserve the final passport to the initiative’s opportunities. All selected candidates will also be guaranteed access to a Microsoft certification.
