The most powerful Tesla only starts production in 2022
The Tesla Roadster is supposed to be the most powerful model, with a triple engine system capable of taking the car from 0 to 100km/h in just 1.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of around 400km/h.
As for battery life, Musk indicates that the Roadster will be able to travel 1,000 kilometers on a single charge.
Finishing engineering this year, production starts next year. Aiming to have release candidate design drivable late summer. Tri-motor drive system & advanced battery work were important precursors.
