So on February 14th, 15th and 16th of the Valentine’s Day weekend with several activities during the 3 days, such as workshops, demonstrations, lectures, parades, presentations but also a lot of party at the end of the day, which will have a more relaxed atmosphere and fun with DJ’s performances, concerts and performances.

Miguel Pintão, co-founder of the Love Stories Weddings company, who presented the event, which will have two aspects, professional and for the public, and which, according to him, will be an opportunity for grooms and professionals to know the most exclusive trends in the wedding market for 2020, in a modern and cosmopolitan environment.

The first edition is based on the “3 Rs of Sustainability” – reduce, reuse and recycle, this is a challenge that the organization made to the more than 40 exhibitors present at the event, proposing the use of decorative pieces and reusable furniture, the printing of pieces graphics on recycled paper and the reduction of plastic, among others.

The first day of The W Experience, designed for professionals will be dedicated to training, knowledge sharing and networking will have three workshops, one on photography and mobile editing, with the founder of Lance Collective – Filipa Simões de Freitas, the one with storytelling, with Martim Mariano and floral design, with the renowned Spanish studio Flowers by Bornay.

Then there will be a round table at 4 pm with André Teixeira and Sofia Ferreira from Branco Prata studio, Pureza Mello Breyner from Atelier Pureza Mello Breyner and Lucyana Sposito from LS Wedding Planner, where the themes of longevity, demand and inspiration in the market will be discussed national weddings.

At 9:30 pm, there will be live performances by White Sax and Rituals and, to close the first day, an exclusive after-party for exhibitors, with DJs Rituals & Led Drums.

On the second day, now open to the public, participants will be able to experience personalized experiences in the spaces of the brands A Pajarita and Lovati Photography and, at 3:30 pm, they will be able to watch the demonstration of the customization of bridal shoes by the Portuguese wedding shoe brand Crème Caviar.

At 16 hours the lecture of the wedding planning company ByMatilda begins, in collaboration with the brands also present at the It’s All About, Casa da Comida and Happy Day event with important tips and steps for planning the big day.

Then there will be the parade of the new collection of the wedding dress studio Rita Costumista, accompanied by the performance of White Sax.

From 9 pm until 1 am, the musical and artistic moments of the day will take place, such as the concert by guitarist Miguel Mendes, accompanied by cocktails from the resident bar of the event explored by Licor Beirão.

On the last day of The W Experience, those present will be invited to participate in the Bridal Tips by Dama de Copas workshop at the well-known store specializing in bra fitting and lingerie consultancy and at Licor Beirão, given by brand ambassador João Pessoa, with cocktail demonstrations classics, signature cocktails and tastings. At 18:30 the parade of the renowned Atelier Pureza Mello Breyner begins.

Over the three days, participants will be able to learn in detail the wedding trends for this year, establish strategic contacts and close deals with leading companies in the wedding market in Portugal, in areas such as floral decoration – Happy Day, Flower Love and Decorelle, catering, bartending and events – Casa da Comida, Imppacto, Licor Beirão, White Sax, cake design – Edelweiss, invitations and stationary – A Pajarita, In Love, Template Design Weddings, wedding spaces – Monte do Giestal, Pestana Hotel Group, Unlock Boutique Hotels, photography and video – It’s All About, Lovati, Feel Creations, Patrick M., Make My Day, lights, sound and animation – Deluxe, Leds 4 Dance, Rituals, shoes and accessories – Cata Vassalo, Chapeauxik, Crème Caviar, personalized trips – Allways, IGoTravel, wedding dresses – Pureza Mello Breyner, Rita Costumista and wedding planner – Marry Graça, Maria das Festas, Save The Date, Weddings by Matilda, among many other exhibitors.

On the first day of The W Experience, the doors open at 2.30 pm for professionals and at 9 pm for the general public, and exhibitors can also be visited at night. TWE tickets can be purchased on Ticketline and start at € 12.
