The Weeknd and Future Join Forces on Single “Double Fantasy” From HBO’s “The Idol”

The canadian musician will perform in Portugal on June 6, at Passeio Marítimo de Algés

Soon the series “The Idol” will premiere on the HBO channel and, anticipate this premiere, the main song of this television production, “Double Fantasy”, has just been released, which joins The Weeknd to the American rapper Future.

The series “The Idol” is a creation of The Weeknd himself, in collaboration with Sam Levinson, creator of the famous series “Euphoria”, also from HBO.

This isn’t the first time The Weeknd has joined forces with Future. The first collaboration between the two musicians was on the theme “Low Life”, taken from Future’s “Evol” album, in 2016. Later that year, The Weeknd and Future worked together on the songs “All I Know” and “Six Feet Under” from the album “Starboy” (2017) by the Canadian musician. The two artists collaborated once again on the track “Comin Out Strong” from Future’s 2017 album “HNDRXX”.

Meanwhile, The Weeknd will bring the “After Hours til Dawn Tour” to Portugal. The 6th of June marks the start of the tour in Europe, at Passeio Marítimo de Algés.
