Themed dinners are back at Casino Espinho. During the month of May, “Sabores Solverde” will present a gastronomic cycle with the best traditional Portuguese dishes from four regions: Douro Litoral, Trás-os-Montes, Bairrada and Minho.
With live music by André Sarbib, on the 8th of May, the first dinner is dedicated to the Douro Litoral and presents surprising suggestions: Stuffing of crabs with olive rusks, Mini sea crepe, Larded bulldozer with arrows and Cassata de Red fruits.
On the 15th of May, the flavors from Trás-os-Montes will shine at the Casino Espinho table, on the 22nd the Bairrada region will be highlighted, and on the 29th of the same month, it will be the turn of traditional Minho cuisine to delight those who pass by this space, which will be open until 11 pm.
The regional flavors will not be forgotten during the week, since, on the 12th, 19th, and 26th of May, the Casino will make an ode to Cod, surprising its customers with several options, such as cod cream, mini cod puff pastry, cod with ham stuffing in a crab bed on the tile, or the cod in egg threads.
