These are the areas of Lisbon and Porto more rent for students

The Arroios and Entrecampos areas, in the city of Lisbon, and those of Paranhos and Cedofeita, in Oporto, are the places with the most options for student accommodation, according to data from the online platform of accommodation Uniplaces released today.

According to information for 2018, Arroios, which has an average income of 380 euros, is the area of the city of Lisbon with more options for students, presenting a total of 522 offers available.

The second area of the capital with more leasing options for university students is Entrecampos, offering 287 offers, with an average income of 413 euros.

Also in Lisbon, the areas of Alvalade, Benfica, and Picoas are other places most sought by university students, presenting together 650 offers, with an average rental price between 373 and 435 euros.

On the other hand, the historical zone of the Castle is the part of the city with a reduced number of student rental options, being dynamized, especially, by short-term rental.

Already in the city of Porto, the data indicate that it is in the area of Paranhos that students can find more rooms or house for rent, with 442 offers available, with an average income of 308 euros.

It follows the Cedofeita area, which has registration on the platform of 225 offers and an average monthly income of 314 euros.

Bonfim, Santo Ildefonso and Campanhã are the remaining areas of the city of Porto with a greater offer, presenting together 468 offers and an average income varying between 297 and 346 euros.

Already Nevogilde is the parish of Porto with less supply available.

Uniplaces points out that in Lisbon and Porto there was an increase in the price of rents compared to 2017.
