Tiago Bettencourt starts tour in the Azores
After the concert at the Colosseum Micaelense on March 8 was a success, Tiago Bettencourt announced a tour of seven more Azorean islands.
This tour, which will take place between 21 and 31 May, will begin at Faial (21), Gracioasa (23), Terceira (24), Corvo (28), and Santa Maria (30) and will end at Pico on 31 May.
With the Azorean family, these concerts will undoubtedly be a very special trip for the artist and anyone listening to him.
“Since every time my parents taught me to look at the Azores as another house. Grandparents, great-grandparents, great-grandparents, and cousins scattered all over the islands. My father was born in São Jorge, in a family room in the Candles. It was also for this reason that I recorded the video of the song “Travel at the Port of the Candles”, on board a boat that returns. This tour of the nine Azores is a very old dream and inspiration will not fail in each concert. I’m going solo, into a more intimate sharing, like someone who plays at home, of course.”
