The Coliseu received with a concert with three great interpreters Joana Amendoeira, Marcos Sacramento and Nuno Guerreiro, with a common element, Tiago Torres da Silva, who with his lyrics gave words to these excellent singers.
Joana Amendoeira presented themes from her new album ‘Na volta da Maré‘ which features music by Fred Martins and lyrics by Tiago Torres da Silva, as well as Marcos Sacramento and Nuno Guerreiro, who thus create a musical union between the music of Brazil and Portuguese and all its influences that make Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and so many other cities in Portugal, embryos of world music, sung in the language of Pessoa and Camões.
The concert has the same lyricist in common, but each interpreter has different styles, including fado, samba or bossa nova, the Portuguese guitar in the expert hands of Pedro Amendoeira, the mastery of the Fred Martins guitar, but also the accordion, double bass, mandolin, flute and percussion, which took us on a journey between the two brother countries and which made this concert phenomenal.
