20 years of concerts, 20 years of the best national Blues, passed through the Centro Cultural de Belém, for another night of celebration and communion between the public and Budda Power Blues.
The 20 Years Tour is on the road and aims to celebrate the band’s 20th anniversary, with twenty 20 concerts, revisiting the 20 most relevant venues where they performed, and this time they visited the CCB, in a fantastic night of Blues.
After hundreds of concerts and twelve albums were released, the band led by Budda Guedes, Nico Guedes and Carl Minnemann were in Lisbon and will also visit mythical national and international venues.
Budda Power Blues were the first to represent Portugal in the European Blues Challenge, Finalists of Cotai Jazz & Blues in Macau, a European band by Shirley King (daughter of the legendary BB King), two albums and dozens of concerts with jazz diva Maria João, shared the stage with names like Mário Laginha, João Cabeleira, Rui Veloso, Frankie Chavez, Paul Lamb, Pedro Abrunhosa.
The blues night at CCB began with “So Long”, followed by “Welcome New World” and “Multiple Times” which won over everyone present to listen to Budda Power Blues, for this magnificent blues journey.
