The comedy “Trair e Coçar é só Começar” returns, on the 1st of March, at 9 pm, to Casino Lisboa. This is a short cycle of performances that lasts until the 12th. A notable cast takes the stage from Wednesday to Saturday at 9 pm, and on Sundays at 5 pm, in the Auditorium dos Oceanos.
With an expressive success recorded, from the last quarter of 2022 until the end of January 2023, “Trair e Coçar é só Começar” is back at Casino Lisboa to infect spectators in the Auditorium dos Oceanos with a good mood.
The comedy portrays the confusion of the maid Palmira who, in a series of amusing misunderstandings, leads her bosses to think that they are being the target of infidelities. The play revolves around these mere hypotheses of adultery generated by misunderstandings and many confusions.
Palmira, our central character, manages to turn the lives of three couples upside down and create doubt among them all! “Betraying and Itching is Just Beginning” is a typical comedy of manners whose proposal is to make people laugh based on situations where any of us can be involved.
The plot begins in the daily life of a middle-class couple on the eve of their 16th wedding anniversary. She receives a box of chocolates from an anonymous person. He is suspicious of a meeting arranged in his own house by his wife and her best friend. The dice have been cast, by the hand of our amusing Palmira.
