Tranquiliza, a band formed in Elvas in 2019 and composed of Márcio Gago (vocals and guitar), João Brinquete (bass), Vladlen Grigorovschi (keyboards) and João Carriço (drums), announces the release of their new single “Quando a Saudade Bate”, with the special participation of Madalena Lisboa.
The production and arrangements of the track, which were handled by Vitor Silva, a producer recognized for his excellent work in Portuguese music, elevate the track to the level that the theme deserves, creating an immediate emotional connection with listeners.
“Quando a Saudade Bate” follows a series of releases that have consolidated the band on the national music scene. After the debut album Não (2021) and the singles “Mudar o Tempo” (2022), “Vem” (2023) and “Movimento” (2023), Tranquiliza continues its rise, presenting increasingly mature work.
This release and the concert in Elvas mark another important step in the career of Tranquiliza, who stand out for their innovative proposal, combining a sophisticated pop sound with introspective lyrics and impeccable arrangements. On the same day of the release, Tranquiliza will also take to the stage from the Cineteatro Municipal de Elvas for a special concert, which will also feature the participation of Madalena Lisboa as a guest.
