Triumph unveils ‘concept’ of the first electric motorcycle

Triumph revealed the first details of what will be its first electric motorcycle, the TE-1, and shared images of the ‘concept’ that will be the basis of the model that will arrive in stores.

TE-1 is a collaboration between Triumph and three other British companies, which are assisting the iconic motorcycle brand with the project. According to Triumph, the TE-1 will have an electric motor with power capable of reaching 174 horsepower.

As for the battery, this Triumph bike will be able to cover almost 200km before having to be recharged again. Furthermore, the company indicates that it will be possible to restore 80% of the total charge in just 20 minutes.

Triumph expects to start testing the TE-1 prototype at the end of the year.
