After Madrid and Georgia, it’s time to announce the third international stage of the 7th edition of Chefs on Fire Cascais. There are now 38 national and international chefs, who together have 21 Repsol Suns and 15 Michelin stars.
On the 20th, the chef of the Japan International Stage will be Tetsu Yoshida, from the Origin restaurant in Osaka (1 Michelin star), who will prepare a dish of grilled tuna, white beans, and red peppers.
On the 21st, it will be the turn of Chef Kosuke Saito from the Sushi Kosuke restaurant in Lisbon, featuring a brioche toast with smoked tuna tartar and white miso sauce.
