Valença puts Cod the way São Teotónio at the “Table in February”
À Mesa em Fevereiro is the initiative that will take Cod the way São Teotónio to the restaurants between the 16th and 28th of February.

14 restaurants invite cod lovers to come to Valença in the coming days.
Bacalhau à São Teotónio is a dish with a genuine flavor, named after a saint, in honor of the first Portuguese saint, born in Valença.
For centuries, in Valença, flavors and the art of presenting cod recipes have been honed.
The initiative is from the Municipality of Valença in partnership with local catering units.
