Valete performs in the online version of the União Reggae + Rap festival
The fifth edition of the União Reggae + Rap Festival, born in Recife, Brazil, should have happened in 2020, but it was postponed because of the covid-19, and reformulated to adapt to the digital format, with the free, scheduled transmission for Saturday on the organization’s YouTube, Groove Produções.
The alignment includes, above all, Brazilian artists, such as Mato Seco and Zé Brown, to which the Portuguese rapper Valete will join.
According to the organization, Valete’s participation in this virtual edition also serves to make the connection between the festival’s editions in Brazil and Portugal.
For the 13th of November, the União Hip Hop + Raggae festival is scheduled at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, in Lisbon.
The production of the event is still waiting for the definition of the deconfinition calendar to announce the complete poster and start selling the tickets.
