Vânia Duarte presents her new album, published by the Fado Museum, on June 9, at the Centro Cultural de Belém!
A member of the permanent cast of Casa de Linhares for 18 years, a fado house in Alfama which she has now become the owner of, Vânia Duarte lets us know her story in this record in which she also debuts as a composer.
Inspired by many fado nights, the themes of this record are, in the words of the fado singer, “Fados and songs of love, attachment and vulnerability. It is a reflection of perspectives between dream and reality, affirmation and passivity! And we leave history happen…“!
