Ribeiro spent the morning beating French athletes, starting in the quarter-finals, against Leo Paul Etienne, who won 11.03 against 9.33, eliminating Kauli Vaast in the semi-finals by 13.50-13.
The victory leaves Vasco Ribeiro in second place in the ranking of the qualifying circuit, behind only the Italian Leonardo Fioravanti, cementing himself in the place of qualification for this year’s Challenger Series.
