VILLAMIX Lisboa – 2nd edition from 13 to 14 September 2019
VILLAMIX returns to Lisbon on September 13 and 14 at the Altice Arena. Artists from the Portuguese-speaking world were invited to participate in what is considered one of the biggest festivals in the world, having already beaten some Guinness records as the biggest stage.
Simone and Simaria, Luan Santana, Gusttavo Lima, Alok, Xand Plane, Jorge and Mateus, Wesley Safadão, Matheus and Kauan, Djodje and Calema are the artists that will participate in this second edition of VILLAMIX Lisboa.
VILLAMIX was created in 2011 to be just a country music festival. However, its immediate success with more than 50,000 spectators in the first year and more than 100,000 the following year led the organization to rethink the festival by creating a bigger stage, better technical conditions and not just one edition per year, various. At this moment, more than 30 editions per year are held in 24 different cities with more than 2 million spectators.
In 2015, VILLAMIX featured international artists such as Demi Lovato and won for the first time (the second would be in 2017) the Guinness World Records certificate for having the biggest stage in the world.
In 2018, he also had more international names such as the cases of Shawn Mendes and Nick Jonas.
