The Academy of Chocolate Awards, one of the most prestigious chocolate competitions in the world held in London, awarded four prizes to Vinte Vinte: one Silver medal and three Bronze medals.
“In November of last year, we were launching the mark, the beginning of a journey that we wanted to be successful. Today, just 10 months later, we received 4 awards from one of the most prestigious entities that reward bean-to-bar chocolate. I’m very proud and I’m sure we’ve taken the right path”, says Pedro Araújo, master chocolatier at Vinte Vinte.
The 100% cocoa dark chocolate from Peru from the Intensity range is the big winner of the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2021 Silver Medal. The Grand Cru tablets 70% Finca La Rioja and the 65% Dominican Republic and 85% Madagascar from the Intensity range won Bronze medals.
Launched in London in 2005, the Academy of Chocolate Awards aims to identify, recognize and praise the world’s most talented producers and best chocolates. Since then, the entity has gained relevance and notoriety, currently standing out as one of the most prestigious awards worldwide. The awards are decided by a jury of producers, journalists, bloggers, and other experts in the chocolate industry.
