The Sundance Film Festival begins today in Park City, in the United States, and Pedro Costa’s Portuguese film “Vitalina Varela” is on its program.
The festival runs until February 2nd and the film by the award-winning Portuguese director will be on display between January 24th and 31st. The film then goes to the Lincoln Center in New York.
The festival will also be on display in the new film by Brazilian actor Wagner Moura, “Sérgio“, by Greg Barker, in the role of a senior Brazilian UN official, Sérgio Vieira de Mello, who died in 2003 in Iraq.
Netflix film, which also features the Angolan actor Pedro Hossi, in the role of the Timorese politician Xanana Gusmão.
